Comfortable Stay with Some Noise Issues
I stayed in a Superior Queen Room for a night. The clean, modern aesthetic impressed me. While the staff was responsive to my concerns about noise and drainage, I found the street sounds disruptive. Make sure to request a room away from the street for a quieter experience!

I stayed for two nights in a Standard Room with Air Conditioning and absolutely loved the comfortable beds and the excellent water pressure in the shower. The ice-cold A/C was a lifesaver! I’d definitely return.

Recommend it for a group looking for clean and safe stay
The staff was helpful, even helped me find a cab when I was lost, and the room was spotless. Great water pressure in the shower, felt like I was in a spa after a long day, and that’s something you don’t expect in a place like this.
It wasn't exactly cheap but worth every penny.

The staff was helpful during my stay.
I was very disappointed with my recent stay. The room I was given was not clean, with cigarette ashes everywhere and it took two hours to get it cleaned. Additionally, I struggled to find basic necessities like toilet paper and towels, as they were provided only every couple of days, despite being a 4-night stay.

I found Aqua Rio to be a solid choice during my time in Tijuana. The location is fantastic, just a block off Avenida Revolucion, making it easy to explore local attractions. The room was clean, and I appreciated the comfy queen-size bed. The amenities like free Wi-Fi and the flat-screen TV with numerous channels added to the convenience. I didn’t miss A/C during my mid-August stay, and the ceiling fan kept the room pleasant. However, the limited parking could be a hassle for those driving. I also felt the noise from the streets could be disruptive at night. I had a good experience overall, but a mini-fridge in the room would make a big difference, especially for longer stays.

A mini-fridge would greatly improve convenience for seniors.

quiet stay but limited views
The location offered a peaceful retreat away from the strip! Breakfast had several healthy options, which I appreciated.
Limited views from the Superior Queen Room could be improved.

Parking situation a hassle!!! Outdoor corridor layout leads to noise from guests and traffic!!!

We used this spot as our base and checked out some local taco stands and the Revo Norte nightlife. The rooms were clean, and the staff were super friendly. There's a pharmacy nearby too, which was helpful.
One downside was the lack of a mini-fridge in the room, which made it tough to keep drinks cold.

The location is perfectly central, just a couple of blocks from the main tourist drag. Rooms are clean and comfortable, though the WiFi was lacking in my room. Undergoing renovations, it's not quite worth the price with limited amenities and a need for better housekeeping on linens.
